Succession Planning Toolkit
In addition to the promotional resources, we have developed a Succession Planning Toolkit aimed at addressing one of the key challenges identified by our members: ensuring continuity of engagement when staff turnover occurs. This toolkit provides practical guidance for institutions on how to plan for the departure of UArctic champions and Assembly Representatives, ensuring that institutional knowledge and enthusiasm for UArctic activities are passed on to new staff.
With this toolkit, we aim to help institutions preserve the momentum they’ve built with UArctic and maintain strong, consistent involvement in our network’s activities, even as roles and personnel change.
