Algoma University’s second annual Research Week kicks off on March 7 through March 11, 2022. This second instalment will feature a  keynote speaker, research spotlights, faculty lunch box talks, as well as alumni research profiles, student-centred research highlights and more.

Arctic Institute of North America at University of Calgary is pleased to announce their partnership with Exploring by the Seat of Your Pants for the online delivery of the Arctic Speaker Series. This event will be presented on the AINA YouTube Channel.

The public meeting is arranged by Nasiffik - Centre for Foreign & Security Policy at Ilisimatusarfik - and Center for Arctic Security Studies at the Royal Danish Defence College in cooperation with the Danish Government's Security Policy Analysis Group, where e.g., Greenland's Department of Foreign Affairs participates.






The conference is organized by the University of Oulu on 30 November–2 December, 2022. Feminist matterings: Indigenous and Arctic engagements. Deadline for submissions: 20 March, 2022.

Professor Tuija Turunen from the University of Lapland is appointed as the UArctic Chair in Education for Social Justice and Diversity for the next five years.
