Focus areas are:

  • Environment and culture;
  • Transport;
  • Innovation.

Projects in Central, Eastern and Southern Ostrobothnia and Satakunta in Finland, Västerbotten, Västernorrland, Gaevleborg as well as the municipality of Nordanstig in Sweden and the Nordland region in Norway can apply for funding. Projects must include co-operation between two or more of the involved countries.

Funding covers 60 per cent of eligible costs. For Norwegian participants funding covers 50 per cent.
