Established in 2010, the Arctic Futures Symposium is a forum that brings together a wide variety of Arctic stakeholders. The 2014 symposium will focus on the people of the Arctic and the economies of different regions of the Circumpolar North, and will be held in Brussels on October 14th and 15th.


Center of Arctic Technology (ARTEK) will offer an Arctic semester in Greenland starting in spring 2015. The Arctic Semester is an opportunity for master-level engineering students to experience the unique environment and the challenges of engineering north of the Arctic Circle. Application deadline: October 15/November 1.
